Merry Christmas

As we get ready to celebrate the birth of Christ with our family and friends we look back on the past year of blessings and events. The first half of the year went by like a blur.  The kids got out of school and we were ready for the summer.  Then we went to my parents condo for a few days and came home to water everywhere!  We had plans to go to Michigan at the end of June for my cousin and God Child's graduation from high school.  So we left the mess and started construction after we got back.   When we returned home Louis' dad and girlfriend were here from Thailand.  We had not seen them in about 18 months so the kids were very excited and got to spend a lot of time with them since they were staying with us.  They were such a big help!   The kids did did go down to Boynton Beach to see the Great Grand parents.  Lou E. and GG Rossi made a very nice bond and they had a blast going to the park and the beach with Nonno (this is what they call Louis' dad.  Grandfather in Italian).  They were here until mid September.  The kids had a really good time.
Kaiti turned 4 on June 30th.  She had a Dora themed party down at the condo since my house was a mess!  Many of you know that we found out that she has eyes like her father and needed glasses.  She has been a trooper and looks so darn cute in her glasses.  She is Pre-K this year and loves it and her teachers.  She can write her first and last name and loves to write her letters. I find papers all over the house with her writings on them :)
Kami turned 6 on September 8th and started first grade in late August.  She loves school and is a great reader. Over the summer Nonno got her riding on a two wheeler so any chance she gets she is outside. Both girls have dance in Jacksonville with their Aunt Kit. So we get to see the cousins every week.  It has been nice to see them on a regular basis :)
Lou E. turned 2 on September 28th.  He is all boy!  He loves trains and cars and running around.  They all like to be outside riding bikes.  Mommy and him have three days a week together, but I find that he is really a home body and like to play at home with his toys.
Mommy and Daddy celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary on November 19th and were able to take a trip over to Tampa for the night.  Grandma, Papa, Uncle Randy and Aunt Gela got to watch the kids :)  Mommy also got to tag along in August on a business trip in NY City. Nonno watched the kids this trip.   We spent 4 days in the city.  Boy was that a blast.  We had not been since 2002!  We were able to go to Brooklyn and see Louis' cousin Marissa and her boyfriend James.  We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge which is something I do not remember doing.  I also spent several afternoons walking around Central Park.  It just amazes me that in the middle of this huge city there is such a great park that you can almost do anything in!  Mommy has also been helping with all the data entry for the company more this year than in a very long time.  Daddy is still traveling to Tampa a few days a week the company is headquartered there.  He has been working really hard and we are looking forward to a great 2010.  Check out the web sites www.ccprep.com and www.qoncert.com.
We have loved hearing how everyone is doing from their Christmas letters and of course Facebook :)  Please keep in touch and I will try to keep the web site more up to date, but I am not promising anything.  Enjoy the festivities of the season and always remember that it is Christ we are celebrating!

With love and blessings,
The Rossi Five
Kaiti, Kami, Kim, Lou E. and Louis
